An Engagement shoot is a great opportunity to go on an adventure, make memories, and be a bit extra if that’s your jam. Hit up a location that has sentimental value to you. You can even bring your doggo.

Have your shoot somewhere totally different than where you are getting married. A place that is a true reflection of who you are as a couple. A Wellington city 2nd hand bookstore, listening to records at home with your cats, or climbing up cliffs to watch the sunset.

These 60 minute couple portrait shoots are perfect for Engagements, Anniversarys, Surprise Proposals, or just because. A perfect way to get some great images for your invites and wedding website.

An Engagement shoot is great practice if you're worried about the more photoey parts of your wedding day, we'll get to know each other more during the shoot, you'll become familiar with my process and the way I shoot, you'll understand what I mean by 'I give you direction rather than poses.' and it will build your confidence in front of the camera.

I offer Pre Wedding Shoots across the wider Wellington region. Pre Wedding shoots are Engagement shoots on steroids.

My 4 hour Pre Wedding Shoot covers 3 locations with a different outfit in each location. Location examples; Wellington city laneways. A country, vineyard, or forest. And a beach or rocky coast line at sunset. Your outfits are 1 or 2 wedding looks, and a casual or high fashion look.

Not having the time constraints of a wedding day or needing to get back to the party, means we can travel further a field, have time for outfit changes and snack breaks, and be less worried about getting sand on your dress, or being battered by the famous Wellington wind.

The shoot includes me planning with you to find the right locations, and putting together a timeline for your shoot.
